Hi, I’m Caroline

A registered dietitian with an M.S. in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, a sports enthusiast, lover of all candies, entrepreneur, and believer. I love to describe myself as a “jack of all trades, master of none” when it comes to sports. I’m up for any new challenge as long as it means staying active! Current obsessions: boxing and pickle-ball!

I’m a Sunshine State native residing in Music City, USA: Nashville, TN. My passion is helping high school athletes breakthrough barriers to optimal performance and achieve their dream of playing at the next level through individualized, one-on-one nutrition coaching.
